Hookah Joes - Asheville's new local hookah bar is located at 50 Commerce St. Asheville N.C. 28801. Very relaxed, chill atmosphere good drinks, flavored hookah tobacco (well ventilated for the smoke sensitive). Belly Dancing and live music from 9:00 to 11:00 every Sunday night.
Zambra - Baraka Mundi perform regularly here on weekends. Zambra is located below Malaprop's Bookstore/Cafe downtown on Walnut Street.
The Kabob House - features an Oriental Dancer every Saturday night at 7:30 PM. The Kabob House serves Persian cuisine, and is located at 6432 East Independence Blvd. They can be reached at (704)531-2500.

Turkish Delights (Raleigh)- Turkish Delights is located at the corner of W Jones and Glenwood in downtown Raleigh, diagonal across the intersection from 518 West restaurant. They have great ice cream, shakes, malts and dessert treats like baklava, lady fingers, etc. There have been informal dance and music performances on occasion.
Xios Cafe (Apex)- Xios is located at 800 W Williams St, Suite 100, in Apex and features Belly dancing every First and Third Friday of each month with Leigh Brown, and every Second and Fourth Saturday with Audra Evans. Join us for two shows at 7 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. This is a great evening of fun for a group of friends, co-workers or the entire family. There is no charge for admission to these events.
